I will be taking a small detour on my way to work on Thursday 3rd March: I will be heading to Tower 42 in the City to climb all 920 of its steps in aid of Shelter, a charity aimed at housing homeless people across the UK.  It is the UK's largest tower running event and my first ever tower run...   I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me to help me climb to the top.  It's certainly not going to be easy!
