Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Norfolk Woman With Altitude is celebrating turning 60 by taking up another challenge.

This time I am climbing four peaks in the Lake District: Skiddaw, Scafell Pike, Scafell and Helvellyn.  This is a tough three day challenge.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I am funding the trip myself so that all the money raised will be used by the Alzheimer's Society to fund support and research. Please dig deep and donate now.

The trek has now been completed and sincere thanks go to all those who kindly provided sponsorship.

The Four Peak Challenge was a tough three days of climbing the four highest mountains in England.  In particular, day two (Scafell Pike and Scafell) was gruelling.  However, we were blessed with exceptionally good weather and the group's morale was high.

In total, we raised £40,000.00 which was a great achievement!
