I have been involved with sponsoring and volunteering for the Giraffe Project Children’s Charity for several years now. During this time, I have visited Kenya and seen first hand the worthwhile work the Charity has carried out to ensure that some of the poorest and most vulnerable children living in Kenyan slums actually receive an education and have the opportunity of escaping the poverty into which they were born. 

On 12 September 2021 I will be taking part in the Brussels 20k, and would be very grateful to anyone who is willing to sponsor me in order to raise much needed funds. These would be directly used to help the Charity continue with, and further develop, its valuable work.  Even a small donation goes a long way towards helping educate young people who would never normally have the chance to go to school,
