Fundraising for Super Sammy's Fund! The money raised will be split 80/20 between Muscular Dystrophy UKs Duchenne Research Breakthrough Fund and Sammy's Welfare Fund.

Sammy has Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) an incurable genetic progressive muscle wasting condition mostly affecting boys. Most people with DMD are not likely to see their 30th birthday.

Sammy is missing 1 to 47 exons so Carmela will attempt 4.7secs plank daily and build up as the days go by and even try to aim for a whopping 47 seconds by 30th September!

Carmela also has a progressive muscle-wasting condition called LMNA-CMD but is challenging herself to do a plank every day for 30 days which is very hard work for someone with Muscular Dystrophy but impossible for some with it.
