July is my birthday month. This year, I would like to honor the memory of two very special cousins and friends in my life: Donna Marie Falconcino Blauvelt and Joseph Blauvelt. Donna and Joe started a charitable agency call the JDJ Foundation. 

After Joseph and Donna both passed away from long fights with cancer, their son James, daughter in law Allyson and grandson Jonah continue fundraising and volunteer events in their name to make their vision a reality. I would like to honor Donna and Joe by remembering them and to continue their efforts of hope for others.
