I am not a runner and never have been but I have decided to challenge myself by signing up to do the 10k Abbey Dash. This is all for my dear friend Robert Davidson who sadly passed away last year after a very short and aggressive battle with MND.

Even though Robert battled every day against this awful disease, he always had a smile on his face and decided to set up this amazing charity to help young couple and families who have to live with terminal illness, like himself.

Before he passed away Robert he asked me to be on the committee for his charity, which was a yes straightaway. I want his legacy to continue and I want to help raise money and awareness for this charity for as long as I can,
