I’ve decided to run a muddy 5K on Sunday 21st January to help raise some money for a fantastic charity called Mosaic who provides grief counselling for young people and support to children and their families who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or loved ones through suicide, murder, terminal illness and sudden or traumatic death.

This run will be a huge challenge for me.......I don’t run......I won’t train and I’ll be winging it as generally I prefer having a glass of wine and chilling out in the warm.
