Story
Carly, Sue and Lily will be taking part in the largest zip wire in the world challenge to try and give Edwards Trust a little something back. When your whole world collapses around you the vital support Edwards Trust gives you is invaluable.
In February 2011 after a short illness Sue lost her beloved husband and father to her boys Steve. In December 2017 I lost my beloved fiancee and the father to my two children. Both our families have benefited from using Edwards trust and continue to do so now.
Trying to hold it altogether for your children whilst grieving is one of the hardest thing you will ever face as a parent, going to Edwards Trust made us feel less alone and enabled us to support our children alongside the support they also received.
We are doing the Zip Wire Challenge for Edward's Trust because I know how vital their holistic support of bereaved children, young people and families is. We are braving this zip line so that Edward's Trust can be a life line to the families they support across the West Midlands.
I know times are hard but we ask you to help us give back to this amazing charity so they can continue to support all the families who are facing loss and bereavement everyday.
Love Carly, Sue and Lily xxx
