Please give what you can to support me running 26.2miles this April!! I am so proud to be part of the Grief Encounter team- a charity which helps support bereaved children and their families. This is a huge challenge for me along with the training going into it.

• o   £10 will fund a specialist bereavement storybook for young children, using stories to help them understand their thoughts and put words to their feelings

• o   £20 will fund a Good Grief workbook for bereaved children or young people, giving them a structured way to understand and process their grief

• o   £50 will fund a full grieftalk session on our national, confidential helpline, for people struggling with their grief and who might need immediate advice
