Story

Six years ago my beautiful niece Ella Dean (Stacey's daughter) was born prematurely at 25 weeks+6 days, weighing only 1 pound 13 ounces.

The care she was given by St Georges hospital and the L&D hospital was amazing and without them I wouldn't have my niece who means the world to me and my family!!

Running this half marathon to raise money for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Luton & Dunstable hospital is a small way of showing gratitude for the wonderful staff who work so hard looking after premature and sick babies. Thank you :-) xXx.

My target to raise for them is £500 so if you can all donate even the smallest amount I would be so grateful for your kindness. The new NICU unit is so important to people living in and around Luton as it will provide more cots for sick babies in our area.

Thank you so much
