Hello,

On the 16th July I walked from Cardiff University Hospital of Wales back to Hereford, a three day walk to  raise money for the British Kidney Patient Association (BKPA). This was  a symbolic journey back to fitness for me celebrating the first anniversary of my kidney transplant.
The British Kidney Patient Association (BKPA) work to improve the quality of life for adults and children with chronic kidney disease. They offer information,advice,grants and essential emotional support for people with kidney disease and also support kidney units throughout the UK working to improve kidney services and patient care.
