This year I have made an effort to make some important changes to my lifestyle having seen family and friends battle the big C its made me realise that I need to get fit and raise awarness to this fantasic cause and hopefully get closer to finding a cure.

As most of you know I've never run a day in my life, there has always been two reasons stopping me, but they will be strapped up for the day and I'm going for it, yep a whole 10k!! I'm scared as I'm not a runner but I am in training and will give it my all.

So please dig deep and help me raise some cash for this fantasic cause it really does help.
