This September I will be going up to Newcastle, and running the Great North Run again!!.... But this time it's not for my own achievement. But as a tribute in memory of a friend who was the nicest lad you could ever wish to meet Adam Peacock, and a friends Mum, who will always be known as 'Mrs Jones' to me, who both unfortunately lost their battle to MND.

So please dig deep into those bags and pockets for a good cause!! Every penny counts!!!
