I am doing 2 massive events in the space of a week, I am doing the London to Brighton bike ride for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) on 20/06/2010 and I am doing a Skydive for Police and Armed Forces Families Association (PAFFA) on 27/06/2010.

I don't have a proper sob story but my dad had to have a heart operation 2 years ago, so in my eyes BHF is worth a bruised botty, because lets face it after 54 miles on a bike it think it's fair to say I will have a pretty sore toosh!

I really am pushing myself to the limit as I have only managed 20 miles on a training sesh so if you sponsor me I will ACTUALLY HAVE to continue despite bleeding joints.

I have also done a Skydive before for BHF & RNIB and they literally had to push me out of the plane so I am facing 2 fears AGAIN, flying and heights..

If thats not worth a sponsor I don't know what is!!!
