On 24th May I will be walking the 100K (60 miles) from London to Brighton to raise much needed funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care. 

Marie Curie gives people with terminal illnesses the choice to die at home. Their nurses provide them and their families with free hands-on care and emotional support, in their own homes right until the end.

The enormity of the challenge is just beginning to dawn on me as my fitness campaign came off the rails a few weeks ago.  I am left with just 48 hours to  persuade my creaky knees that they can carry me more than three times further than I have ever previously walked. 

Please help to focus my training by sponsoring me a few pounds or whatever you can afford.
