Adults with learning disabilities are often excluded from the workplace yet WorkTaste seeks to break down these barriers and show that these people can positively contribute to the place of work. With 1:1 support and dedication of a WorkTaste coach, people are give opportunities to build and gain new skills and confidence. WorkTaste has proven that a person with a learning disability can contribute to the workplace with past participants gaining paid employment as a result.
