Story
DEBRA is a national charity and patient support group for
people living with the rare, extremely painful, genetic skin blistering
condition, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) also known as ‘Butterfly Skin’. EB causes the skin to become very fragile and tear or blister at the slightest touch.
We are raising money for both DEBRA and Success After Stroke (SAS). Our friends at SAS are kindly administering all donations collected and sharing equally with DEBRA.
On 9 September four cyclists will aim to ride as many miles in a 50hr continuous period as possible. With most of our generous sponsors pledging an £amount per mile, my personal aim is to ride 500 miles (or even 600 if my body allows...!) - put into context, this is Braintree to Aberdeen in North East Scotland... or London to Newcastle, and back again.
