I want to do this in aid of the Stroke Association in order to raise awareness of Stroke and the Life Changing effects it has for everyone.

Stroke sufferers lives change from that day and a new one starts, as much emotionally and mentally as physical. No one can be prepared, that is what makes it so difficult not only for the individual but there family friends and colleagues. There are no rules after stroke but there is Life.
