So, "Why are you doing this, Carl Ballard?" you may ask.

Well, jumping out of a plane is a big deal for me, because I am simply terrified of heights, but this fear must be nothing compared to what our brave troops have to face on a daily basis.

So, by facing one of my biggest fears, I want to show my respect, and also raise as much money as I can in the process.
