Why oh why?! so many people ask us when we tell them we're taking part in the London Marathon. Well of course we both love a challenge, especially the running variety, but this event is also giving us the opportunity to raise money for a brilliant team of people working at a local hospice who's invaluable work needs support. 

Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. 

It would mean a huge amount to both of us to be able to hit our fundraising target and give us the extra motivation I'm sure we'll need on the day!
