Hi, my name is Kyle Verriest and I am a HS student and Varsity athlete. I was recently challenged to do some personal times at home and my dad Kevin Verriest became very involved with challenging my times with his times back in the "good ole days". After laughing for a bit we decided speed might not be his game anymore but stamina might.  My dads birthday is May 20. He turns 58 and has decided to challenge himself to one hour and 58 continuous minutes of straight cardio. I have no doubt he will succeed but I know he will work hard to get there. So I am going to work hard to make this a celebration and thank you to all the ICU workers at JSUMC. I will be using all my social media pages to promote this CARDIO58 for these hero's and will be by my dads side.
