Story
The boys at the Cardiff Cobras are doing a charity run from Cardiff to Lloret De Mar (Spain) and back in aid of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The boys will be doing this in support for Zac Marley, one of the Cobras team captains who has been diagnosed with a brain tumor in his final year being with the squad. Zac chose the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity himself as the charity are helping out the team of nurses and doctors who are caring for Zac through his treatment.
For our charity run the boys will be running the distance it would take to get from Cardiff to Lloret De Mar, the location of the teams 2021 tour, and back to Cardiff. the round trip is a total of 2074 miles (3318 km). The run will take progress over the month of April with the whole team taking part with the event. The teams progress will be tracked using running apps of there choosing with it only being counted if its tracked to make sure we've completed the task. weekly progress of the teams distance will be posted on the Cobras social media, go follow the progress of the team on them.
