Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Chris' first cricket coach Trevor Ward died from bowel cancer and in his memory Chris decided to run the New York Marathon. One thing led to another and in a bid to raise awareness of the disease and much needed funds for Bowel Cancer UK, the annual Car Colston cricket match was born. The Laura Rose Memorial Trust is another charity with which Chris is linked due to connections at South Notts Hockey Club and raises funds for young children in memory of Laura who was tragically killed in a jet ski accident in Greece. This is a fun, energetic and popular event that has grown year on year. Chris and I can't wait to raise even more funds this year on 23 August 2012 for two important causes. Your donation is so appreciated and we thank you for your support.
