Before you read this please take a minute to remember those who have lost their lives at war and to imagine what they did so you don’t have to…..
On the 26th October 2014 – yes this year! I will be running, crawly, slipping and sliding my way through the Tough Mudder course.
I will be donating one weeks wage to Resolution a charity supporting soldiers with military trauma http://www.ptsdresolution.org/ and every other penny that I raise will be donated to Help the Heros in honour of Nick Hunt who lost his life in Iraq in 2012. Just one that I knew, one too many.
If you don’t stand behind them, feel free to stand in front of them.
