Judith "Jude" was a much loved mother to two humans, Philip and Cara and also mummy to two four legged friends, Grip the dog and Kenny the horse.

Jude was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in spring 2021 but did not let her illness define her.  As she did in life, Jude continued to fight very hard to remain independent throughout her journey and to continue enjoying the things she loved the most.  Even when she was told there was no further treatment to be offered she remained defiant and positive.  Jude's sense of humour never wavered.  We are sure her positivity helped Jude to far surpass her prognosis.

During her final weeks she was cared for by the lovely team at Dove House Hospice in Hull.  The staff there treated her with dignity and respect enabling her to be as independent as she could be until she sadly passed away on 25th April 2022.
