We have all been training hard, and will be taking part in the Norwich Sprint Triathlon at Whittlingham on 12th July at 6pm.

Capita plc have kindly paid for us to enter the business challenge, which we won last year in the mixed relay category. 

This year the format has changed, and we will all be swimming 750m in open water, cycling 18k and Running 5k. 

Last year we raised over £ 1,250 for Cancer Research UK. This year we'd like to raise money for the Norfolk based charity Big C, which provides practical help and support for cancer sufferers and their friends and families. This is a charity close to many of our hearts, as a number of colleagues are presently being supported by Big C.

If you are local to Norwich, and unable to make a donation, you can still help us by marshalling at the event. Contact Mark Philo on 07899761048 if you can volunteer your services as a Marshal for the evening, and please mention that you're doing it on behalf of the Capita team.
