The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

As a result of COVID-19, many fundraising events have been cancelled. This means charities are struggling to maintain services at this time. As a rights respecting school, let's help UNICEF provide support to children in need. Every £30 raised is enough to provide a full kit to protect a health worker, including boots, gloves, masks and coveralls.

This challenge can be any physical activity based around the number 2.6 or 26. The challenge will be starting this Sunday the 26th of April. No need to run a marathon, it could be running 2.6 miles, 26 minutes of biking, or 2.6 minutes of juggling.

As the entire school community will be completing personal 2.6 challenges, the staff has challenged themselves to a marathon week. Starting on the 26th of April, the staff will be running/walking separately trying to see how many marathons (26 miles) we can complete collectively over the course of a week.

Let's show our support as a school community and help those in need.
