This year for some reason I felt the need to run a marathon, after some thought and discussions with Dan I thought it may be a tad optimistic. 

As a compromise I'm walking a marathon and have signed up to take part in Shine 2013 and I've even convinced Helen to do it with me!

Please sponsor me as it's going to be bloomin hard and I don't want sore feet for nothing.
