IPSEA is Charity that no-ones ever heard of until you need them.

So they do not receive many donation only from Families who use them.  

IPSEA offers free and independent legally based information, advice and support services to help get the right education for children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).The struggle facing thousands of families of children and young people with SEN can take years to resolve and often has a devastating effect on children and their families, so the advice and support IPSEA provides is vital.

As many of you will know, we are struggling to get Zack the education he deservers and is entitled too. 

The education system is failing thousands of children with additional needs and families like ours rely on IPSEA to support and advise us on the legal issues when the Local Authorities fail our children or break the law. 

Without this Charity lots of us wouldn't be able to afford legal representation in a tribunal and could mean that families will lose a tribunal case which means that their child would not be getting what they are entitled to or more importantly what they deserve. 

Every child should be entitled to an excellent  education and  to achieve their full potential but the system says they are only entitled to an education not the best.

Lets get as many families as we can advice and support and get them all representation in Tribunals so that the Local Authorities lose all their cases and the system has to be looked at.
