This time last year my dad, Gareth, was diagnosed with mouth cancer, the on going battle that he has had over the past year has been very challenging both mentally and physically. A year on and he is now cancer free but still lives with the scars and has constant pain everyday. His life has been effected massively, he is constantly tired and swollen. When we found out, everything happened so quickly and he was so strong the whole way through. You honestly never believe it will ever happen to anyone in your family. My dad is my hero, the whole way through he has managed to stay positive. 

You really wish you could help and take away his pain, so this is why me and Alex have decided to do this in support of my dad. Even the smallest donation of £1 will honestly mean the world.
