It's a frightening statistic that we have a 50% chance of being diagnosed with some form of cancer during our lives. We ALL have loved ones who have suffered but also remember that we ALL have loved ones who have pulled through and beaten the disease.  Helping organisations who are working to beat Cancer seems like a rather good way of filling some of the ‘gaps’ in our lives that Covid 19 has created. Cancer Focus provide care and support services for cancer patients and their families; offer a range of cancer prevention programmes to help people lessen their risk of getting cancer; fund scientific research into the causes and treatment of the disease and campaign for better health policy to protect our community and its future.
