Story
Cancer used to be something that strangers got. Not your fun loving 29 year old Friend who had everything in the world and more to live for...
Despite her stoic and courageous fight (the journey of which she documented on her acclaimed blog - writtenoff.net), Ellie sadly passed away on Friday 18th May, this year.
She always sang incredible praise for the Cancer Fighters' support charity Maggies, who provided great resource and strength to both Ellie and her family; the value of which cannot be underestimated during what is an incredible stressful and devastating time. Sadly, the number of people and families affected by Cancer is on the rise.
I'm blessed to have a lot of good friends and know a lot of people, if everyone was to give 50 Pence or even £1 that would be a lot of money for Maggie's in Ellie's memory.
Join me, Ellie's Belles and Beau (Tom) as we do a 21 mile Night Walk around London, on September 21 2012, to raise money.
Every penny really will make a difference!
And if you're a UK taxpayer, it's even better as you're able to re-claim Gift Aid on your donation, which means more money for Maggies!
Thanking you in advance,
Chrissa xXx
