We operate emergency helicopter services to make bereavement through trauma rare.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Working for the Children's Air Ambulance, I get to see and be a part of an incredible charity which makes such a difference in helping save the lives of critically ill children and babies. It is a service that helps keep families together and hope alive.

Members of the public, whether they have used our service or have heard about the work we do, challenge themselves and push themselves to their limits to raise money to keep our helicopters flying because they believe in the work our teams do. I have taken on this challenge because I too find the Children's Air Ambulance an incredible service and want to do my bit to raise awareness as well as those vital funds!!

The Children's Air Ambulance is a national service dedicated to helping children all across Great Britain get to the care and support they need. Fast. In fact, we can get children to the care they need 4 times faster than if they were to go by road.  It is the first and only dedicated helicopter transfer service for critically ill children – a flying intensive care unit.

Our charity does not receive any government funding and provides all our services free of charge. We are driven by first class professionals, supported by a small army of volunteers and rely entirely on the generous donations of the public to fund our work.
