Story

In May 2012 Sam suffered a massive stroke which affected his mobility, use of language and right arm and hand. Throughout the past six years we have had fantastic support from the Stroke Association. We have attended the stroke club in Eye, Suffolk and more recently Sam has also been going to the Second Chance stroke club in Great Barton, Suffolk. Sam has also had professional help from the Stroke Association communications service, with free fortnightly meetings to help improve his speech and understanding.

Now we want to give something back. On July 28, at the event in Abbey Gardens, Bury St Edmunds, Sam will be walking as far as he possibly can, with Camilla's support, to raise money for the Stroke Association. Please do consider sponsoring Sam. Not only will your money go to a fantastic cause, but you'll motivate Sam to walk maybe further than he has ever walked since his stroke.
