Through Loughborough University's coaching and volunteering academy I have been given the chance to travel to Zambia as part of UK Sport's IDEALS programme that this year is celebrating its 10th anniversary.  

Throughout this Summer we are delivering a coaching programme in local schools to increase the opportunities for local children involving four sports, Basketball, Netball, Football and Volleyball. The IDEALS programme changes the lives of these children as they do not get the opportunities to experience these sporting activities. The IDEALS programme also provides these children with vital education in areas such as Aids awareness and a healthy lifestyle. Your donations will go towards vital equipment and facility improvements to ensure the IDEALS project has an ever lasting impact within Zambia.
