We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

We're a community dedicated to beating blood cancer. We do this by funding research and supporting those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. Right now, our community is funding 360 researchers and staff across the UK who are searching for the next breakthrough. The day we will beat blood cancer is now in sight and the researchers are determined to finish the job.

Dave Lucas has worked for Baxi for over 10 years firstly as an engineer and for the last nearly 2 years as an Area sales manager, unfortunately in recent weeks, Dave has been diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer and currently is undergoing treatment at the Freeman hospital in Newcastle. In these recent times unfortunately we cant get together or visit Dave to support him in his fight with this terrible disease so some of his colleagues at Baxi are taking part in a virtual walk from Baxi HQ in Warwick to St James Park (214.7 miles) home of Dave's football team Newcastle United to show our support in the fight to find a cure in the years to come.

Please donate as little or as much as you can and help us reach our target of £1000

Thank you so much for all your support.
