We help children born without eyes to reach their potential and enjoy life

Story

I decided to do this bike marathon  back in August 2016, inspired by a couple of people who've also done it.( and, possibly, because I needed an excuse to get a bit more exercise). Well, 2000-odd miles later,  the training is going well, and  earlier in June I completed an 82 mile training ride. I may not be quite ready, but I will be in 4 weeks time. MACS has put their confidence in an old guy as a fundraiser, so let's not let them down! Don't forget to tick the gift aid box if you qualify. PS check out the lycra!

About the charity

We are MACS; supporting children born without eyes or with underdeveloped eyes. Every year in the UK, around 90 children are born with a MACS condition. We provide practical and emotional support for the whole family, to help children reach their full potential and enjoy life.
