Story

We are a team of 4 who are all wanting to make a difference and support St John's Hospice. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, St John's has delivered its vital services throughout the communities all while not being able to operate fundraising operations as usual. The money raised through this Trek will allow our Hospice to keep caring!  We have all experienced the amazing care they provide through friends and family and one of our trekkers 'Hayley' shared this story;

I lost my father in law in 2012 to cancer and some of his last weeks were spent at St John's Hospice.  What a place - full of love, compassion, care which made a very heart-breaking experience a little easier.  I have and will continue to support St John's Hospice.  They truly deserve every penny and people's fundraising.  I'd like to thank them for looking after Brian with complete dignity and also supporting his family.  Thank you Hayley Wainwright

We are planning lots of events and fundraising so people can join in and have FUN whist raising much needed funds for the hospice.

Some of the proceeds from our fundraising page will go towards the cost of the trip. As trekkers we are personally committed to raising a minimum of £1,874 per person which will go directly to St John's Hospice.
