In September, I'll be joining the Quantuma team of Chris Newell, Adrian Howells, Mark Hendrick, and Barrie Ross-Dow, who have impressively cycled from London to Geneva to date, to take on the final leg of the adventure from Geneva to Nice.

This will be a challenging route as we aim to traverse the Alps into Nice following part of the historic Route Napoleon, averaging 85 miles each day over four days of cycling.

This year, the team will be raising money for various charities and I will be supporting Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of my Gran.

Sadly, more than half of the people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers, yet for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case. Pancreatic Cancer UK is dedicated to taking on this injustice using every possible means. They're supporting people with pancreatic cancer now, campaigning, and funding vital research to transform the future. Please help them to make the breakthroughs that people with pancreatic cancer so desperately need.
