Story
The Charity works long term with the poor and needy children of Ukraine, helping to meet their spiritual, physical, and relational / socialneeds. The Charity has been consistently supporting partners working with vulnerable families and children across Ukraine since 2008. In 2014, the work expanded to include humanitarian response to the war in the East, and the range of this support increased further in February 2022
All money raised will be split equally between two mission partners within Ukraine, whom they have partnered with for many years: Irina Klimova, originally from Mariupol, serves in a small town south of Kyiv, supporting local families in crisis situations as well as serving in the local church as they provide food and shelter for internally displaced peoples from the south and east. Sasha Kolomiets is based in Kyiv but travels around the country taking humanitarian aid to the worst affected locations and transporting people to safety. His church also visits villages north of Kyiv, which were destroyed completely in 2022. They take aid, help rebuild houses, run children’s clubs, share the Gospel and have established a church attended by up to 50 locals every week who had no previous church engagement whatsoever.
