Mid life crisis ?  No I,m way beyond that !

But it is great to have another challenge in life ... even a big scarry one like climbing the highest peak in Africa OR working as a volunteer in a COCO project !! 

The real driver is to raise cash for COCO a charity started by Steve Cram and focussed on helping kids .... I hope you can find your way to help them too , every little helps and will be truly appreciated I know ...

As for me ?  Training has begun very slowly .. by the end game I will have to endure a minimum of 21 days without alcohol .. slept rough for 6 days in the cold ... and potentially endured some days of altitude sickness.... I am told it is like your worst ever hangover --- Piece of cake for an old jock then ?!!
