Regain is a charity very close to my heart that Ann (mother!) and I have supported for over 20 years. We have been very lucky to experience first hand the impact the charity has on the lives of sportsmen and women that become paralysed doing the thing they love, playing sport. One minute these individuals are fit and active, the next they are left paralysed for the rest of their lives. Regain help tetraplegics see past their disability and support them to get back into sport.
