As some of you may know, my beautiful sister in law Cally is running the London Marathon in October for the wonderful Starlight charity.

Cally took up running a few years ago and has gone from strength to strength, achieving her fitness goals and getting into the best shape of her life! Cally is often seen running come rain or shine and wracks up half marathons daily! 

Running the London marathon has always been her dream and she is so passionate about helping others especially children and their families as she is a wonderful mummy to her gorgeous girl Elsie-Mae.

We need your help to get Cally in the marathon by raising £2500! Any donation small or large will really help her to achieve her dream and raise money for such a worthy cause.

There are 100,000 children with life-threatening illnesses in the UK and due to the pandemic over the last 12 months, childrens wards have been taken over by Coronavirus treatment, and children have been moved to new wards, with new nurses and new faces, at a time they are already feeling overwhelmed and scared. Social distancing is happening in hospitals and visiting times have been reduced sometimes to as little as one parent for an hour a day. With your help Starlight can provide frontline NHS health workers with the tools and and resources to alleviate anxiety, stress and loneliness for seriously ill children through the power of play.
