In September I will be running the GNR to raise money to relieve the suffering of parents and their families who suffer bereavement through the death of a baby before or at birth, and to advance the knowledge and expertise of healthcare professionals and others in supporting and dealing with the effects of such a death on the bereaved. Abigail's Footsteps help in many ways, from creating sympathetic space for parents in hospitals, to providing much needed equipment for parents to spend longer with their babies whilst also offering specialist baby loss counselling sessions.
