On March 24th 2023, me and Tom are travelling to Nepal to begin our 12 day trek to reach Mount Everest Base Camp, where we will be trekking 80 miles, reaching altitudes of 5500 metres. We will endure freezing temperatures, low oxygen levels, possible altitude sickness and harsh weather conditions to reach the camp. 

We have chosen to raise funds for Bury Cancer Support, a Charity close to my families hearts for many years. This year they celebrate their 20th year. All proceeds will be going to the charity to help support them, those affected and their families. Cancer has effected so many of us, and our loved ones - including some of my own dear family members who we have sadly lost. To be able to help this Charity in continuing their incredible work would mean the world to us and many others. My families company Conservatory Insulations will be a main sponsor of my trip as they continue to work closely with Bury Cancer Support, as they have done for a long time. 

With the tough journey ahead of us we really appreciate any support and all of your contributions are gratefully received for this wonderful charity. They will give us motivation and boosts during our long days and nights on the mountain to know that we have your support.
