Help for Hereos is a charity that helps wounded service personel get their lives back after being wounded be it physical or mental, so that they may have a better way of life than if they were just left. Without this charity hundreds of troops would be stuck with their injuries struggling to have a normal life.

On the 16th of August this year im tabbing - walking with weight - from Inverness to Aberdeen to raise money for this charity. Im carrying 40 lbs + additional weight which is made up of water and snacks. The distance is around the 111 mile mark, im giving myself the 5 days to achieve this but i would like to do it around the 3-4 day point.

Any donations you can give be it small or large is helping our wounded troops get their lives back on track.
