On June 5th I will be doing what even Clint Eastwood failed to do and swimming from Alcatraz prison to San Francisco, followed by a 30k hilly cycle and finishing with a 12.8k hilly run - The Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon!

I am raising money for meningitis research having suffered with meningitis some years ago and having been lucky enough to come through unscathed (pretty much!).
