600km for SAMH · 8 August 2020

Around since 1923, SAMH currently operates over 60 services in communities across Scotland. These services together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, sport and physical activity; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.

Story

Our names are Callum, Cammy, Lee and Connor and we wanted to do something in support of a mental health charity working in Scotland. Therefore we have set ourselves the challenge of running a minimum of 5KM each, every day from the 13th of August to the 13th of September for a brilliant charity called the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).  This accumulates to us running more than 150KM each and over 600KM all together through the month. To give this some perspective, this distance will be about 15 full marathons.

Any donations and support is greatly appreciated, by us and the charity!!
