As some of you may know my pops has been undergoing treatment for cancer over the past year. In order to raise awareness for Bowel Cancer ive decided to run 3 half marathons in 6 weeks. (Great North Run, Run to the Beat and the Great South Run)  During a boozy night out I managed to convince Joe Hurlock to run all three with me, no mean feat in itself.
