Story

This year we will be doing a series of challenges over 21 days, these will include:

Running 100km a week
Climbing the depth of the Grand Canyon
Every week doing: 200 reps of sit-ups, squats, jumping jacks, push ups and jump lunges.
Dunking my head in a bowl of ice water
And there will be other things added each week.

In October 2016 Jim was diagnosed with Motor Neurons Disease. Unfortunately, after a brave battle, Jim passed away at the hands of this horrible disease in October 2017. During his fight, MND Scotland provided much needed assistance and support to Jim and him family.

This page is dedicated to raising much needed money to fund MND Scotland's support of families impacted by this disease and research to find a cure.

This is all done in the memory of Jim, to know him was to love him.

MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.We want a world without Motor Neurone Disease, so I’m fundraising because I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease.Sponsoring me will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.Thank you!
